Pita de halloumi grillado con coliflor

  • 700 g *Cauliflower

  • 2 cda *Olive oil

  • 4 cda *Lemon juice

  • 100 g *Mayonnaise

  • 2 clavo *Garlic

  • 4 cda *Parsley

  • 4 *Pitta breads

  • 250 g *Halloumi

  • *Salt, pepper

*Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Mix with salt, olive oil, half the lemon juice and pepper. Pour into the oven attachment.

*Place the oven accessory in your OptiGrill before starting it up. Close the grill and turn it on. The Manual programme is automatically selected. Select the Red colour setting with the M button and press OK. Once preheated, cook for 5 minutes.

*Open your OptiGrill in the Full Meal position. Set the side thermostat to position 4. Turn the cauliflower florets over and let them cook in the oven attachment until they are done. In the meantime, toast the pita bread for 2 minutes on each side and the sliced halloumi for another 3 minutes on each side.

*Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining half of the lemon juice, the garlic and the parsley.
