  • *1 pre-cooked baguette
  • *40 g salted butter
  • *2 cloves of garlic
  • *1/2 bunch of flat-leaved parsley


*Soften the butter. Cut each baguette into three pieces, then slice them normally without cutting all the way through.

*Crush the garlic cloves with the parsley in your mixer. Add the softened butter and continue to mix to form a smooth mixture.

*Delicately spread a generous knob of parsley butter between the slices of bread.

*Place the bread into your ActiFry pan (do several batches if required). Begin cooking for the specified time.

*Separate the slices of bread and serve immediately.
