100 ml Aceite vegetal
1 Cebolla
2 clavo Ajo
1 caja Tomates troceados (400 g)
1 cda Pimentón
1 cda café Pimienta de cayena
1 pizca Sal
1 pizca Pimienta
2 cda Perejil fresco picado

*Peel and cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and dry.

*Heat the oil in the frypan over medium heat. Wait for the Thermo-Signal to turn completely red before searing your ingredients. Add the potatoes and fry until they are golden and crispy, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.

*In the same frypan, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until they become translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
